In many issues and reports of Iran`s nursing investigations, determined that using of Ice compressing could the best approach to reduce the pain of puncturing. nevertheless, Medical_ Surgical nursing books & fundamental Care of Nursing accentuate that this method couldn`t be appropriated for drug infusions because of decreasing tissue perfusion and undistributed of drugs factors in body. so we recommended that it is good for vein puncturing to handle EMLA.
